Suzy Brown, Founder and CEO

Suzy founded TNG in 2011 out of her home office with one client! She knew there was a need among mid and state level campaigns to develop effective and efficient relationship and resource management processes. Campaigns previously unable to fund a professional fundraising team began hitting and exceeding their fundraising goals.

Graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2001 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Suzy took a “break” before full-time number crunching to work ONE campaign cycle. A passion for fundraising followed and she’s been in the political world ever since. Her two decades of fundraising experience on political campaigns of all sizes and shapes, and a background in non-profit, faith-based development have allowed her to work alongside some of the most effective influencers across Illinois.

Suzy and her husband, Chris, live in Morris with their children. Chris was elected Mayor in the spring of 2021, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Riverside HealthCare Foundation, the Illinois River Valley American Red Cross, the Grundy Economic Development Council, and Elevate Illinois.

She lives by a full google calendar, with pinot noir at the ready and usually wearing swag from one of the four kids colleges!

What We Do

Our mission here at TNG is to facilitate effective relationship and resource management strategies that lead our clients to peak results, enabling them to be leaders and create a positive impact on their community, state and country.

We have developed systems and processes that allow regional and state level campaigns to capitalize on professional services at a cost effective pace. Our innovative approach to relationship management and a results-driven model allow us to make the most of our clients highly valued time and attention.

In the last decade, we have worked with over 50 Illinois campaigns and in 2020 our clients collectively raised over $7.5 million. The best part: $1 million of those gifts were under $250! The person behind each investment matters, and when a donor gives to you we expect them to feel appreciated and heard.

We believe if you want smart, effective and principled men and women to run for office, they must be resourced with a professional team.  We strive to come alongside busy and successful candidates to make their fundraising and resource management second to none.
